* If the added ship has disruptors but no UIM system already installed and included in the BPV, the ship's BPV is increased by 1+# of disruptors.
* If the UIM is optional, do not install the UIM refit. 

ie: L-HDW1 -> 5 disruptors. BPV was increased by 6.
