Race-wide Conversions:

• Orion Pirate template and generation of ships
• Gorns Hull hits increased
• ISC: Plasma I and wing phaser refits

Ship Classes:

• Carriers: 2/3 SFB Fighters, base fighters and BPV
• PF Tenders, base Interceptors, and BPV
• Heavy War Destroyer optional systems and weapons

Weapons:

• Drone racks G and GX
• Drone racks D
• MIRV missiles on non-"X2" Taldren Ships
• All disruptor ships get UIM in SFC
