When calculating the BPV for a ship that has option weapons or systems, you need to calculate the BPV of those systems using the charts provided with your SFB material. After you've done that, apply the standard OP+ conversion rules.

ie: For an Orion Syndicate Xship with enough room for a PLaM, buy the PLaM for 9 BPV. You can then convert it to the PLaR like the rest of ships with PLaM and increase the BPV by another 10 BPV. Therefore, a PLaR for 19 BPV.
