Race-wide Conversions:

- Gorns Hull hits increased
- ISC: Plasma I and other refits
- Andros as Monsters
Ship Classes:
- Carriers: 2/3 SFB Fighters, base fighters and BPV
- PF Tenders, base Interceptors, and BPV
- Heavy War Destroyers
- PFs and Interceptors: SFB to SFC rules
